Title: Woodstock Curve Platinum!
Post by: wilkie113 on March 09, 2012, 03:43:06 PM
This isn't my bat unfortunately! I'm knocking it in for a friend! So thought I would share some Woodstock loving! Really nice stick 2'10 and responds very well off the mallet at the moment.

How big are the edges? Look tiny near the toe or is that just because the edges around the middle are so big?

The platinum is the top grade bat. If Wilkie's mate bought through twitter it would be £180. If not it would have been £225

Junter your correct, he got it through twitter and it was £180 and for that price it is a very good deal IMO

Indeed they are mate, and with the current twitter deal it would be rude not to!

I don't think my woodstock goes as well as my H4L at the minute but both are not played in as of yet

John does some fantastic work down at Woodstock. Had my Curve for two years now and has been well used, yet it still pings fantastically! Would definitely buy again.

You can get them stickered any way you want - I had a TDF, got it stickered with the pale blue Curve stickers, but the TDF label.

My had a great finish to it, it was a great looking bat; sadly couldn't get on with the extreme concaving.  On the plus side when I middled it, it absolutely flew and John was fantastic throughout the buying process.
