Title: Exemplary Gunn and Moore customer service!!!!

Hi guys,
I bought an old Purist of E Bay last week and stripped it of its stickers and sanded it down. In order to give it  genuine GM stickers I posted it to GM last Friday the 9th of March and they rang me back today Monday the 12th at 9.30 in the morning to discuss the refurbishment needed and explained it all clearly to me what they would be doing. I have to say this is by far the best level of customer service that I have ever received and if this  level of customer service is anything to go by I can't recommend them enough. I will be posting pics later in the week as I will then  have some before the refurbishment and after refurbishment. And its the real deal an Old Purist Mark one my favourite bat of all time, just a shame old Vaughnie cant use it like he used to!!!

Think I may have seen that with the rest today, there was a lovely maxi in today two, I hope in the futrure to be doing some refurbing at GM

Cheers fella take good care of the old purist I was hunting for ages to get a half decent original purist. Its only an 808 but it reminds of the old days when Vaughny using it to terrorise the Aussies !!!!  And I have to say you guys at GM sure know how to look after customers.

Not working on that section yet but the people that do refurbs are master craftsmen but saw some being done and they do some excellent work !

No i work at GM :P I know many do it is a very good job to have tbh !
