Title: ECB Indoor National Club Finals Day
Post by: Mad Bobbin on March 19, 2012, 08:25:33 PM
I'm posting a link to the ECB website as my team Whitstable CC won the National Indoor Final yesterday.  They have made a good write up better than I could ever do!  It was a cracking day and a great way to end the indoor season on.

It felt good this morning waking up and seeing my winners tankard!!!!!

Bring on the summer!!!!

Cheers fella,

I love it!!!! I have only had September off this year from cricket as our league starts in October.  Played 22 indoor games this year and we only lost 1 and that was to Canterbury (who were National Champs from last year) in the league and that was once we had already won our league.

Played Poole Town in semi they got 106 and we knocked them off for 1 down. I think in 9 or 10 overs

Final we bowled Blaydon out for 91 and we knocked them off in 8 or 9 overs 3 down.

Michael Porter - wicketkept, I would think! Fairly useful batsmen.
Cairan Quinn - Left hand bat, may have bowled.
Martin Ford - BIG!
