Hi Guys,
I recently bought an old GM bat of E bay for around £25, I posted it to GM on the Friday and they then rang me on the Monday told me how much the refurbishment would cost and I received it back on the Thursday. From a customer care point of view it was unbeatable and all that from a big brand who sell thousands of bats every year world wide. I was so impressed I bought another of E bay only an Original this time not an 808 and exactly the same happened again in regards of timing!!!! The service was just sublime!! anyway back to the little guessing game its an old bat would be nice to see if any of you bat buffs can recognise the model!!!

It is a purist 808 made in 2005 I got it of e bay for around £30 the refurb was £30 delivered back to my door and it's a nice bat good even balance not bottom heavy, good rebound of the mallet looking forward to pretending to be vaughny taking it to the Aussies in the nets later this week and I will let you all know how it goes as I will do regular updates on my season with this old bargain basement purist in the season to come!!!!!!

Nice purchase :D shame they couldn't pop some purist 2 labels on
-
Was gonna say an early Purist as it's not as big as the later ones
