Title: 2012 Blenheim Cricket - Wicket Keeping Gear

For the 2012 season we've launched a range of wicket-keeping gear. We've got two sets of gear which we are looking to sell to keepers at cost price in return for full reviews of the gear - one when they initially get the gear, and then one after a reasonable amount on use.

The gloves are very much based on the GN gloves of 2011, and the pads the traditional lightweight cane style.

Finally managed to get a game in yesterday and kept for 45 overs with my new Blenheim gear. First impressions of the pads were that they felt a bit more bulky than what I'm used to and they didn't wrap around the legs as much as some other pads but I think with a bit of wear this will improve. Once actually out on the pitch the best praise I can give is that I didn't notice the pads at all which is exactly what you want in a functional item like this. Didn't get hit on them so can't yet comment on protection.
Gloves felt really comfortable, nice balance of padding and feel and for new gloves they were pretty supple straight away. First catch of the season bagged and overall impressed
