Title: Spike Configurations

Looking at getting some new spikes (like the look of the SL22's) but wondered what the different spike configs are designed for and what people use?

Am i right in saying half spikes are designed for batting?

If you are a bowler, I'd definitely go for 4 spikes in the heel - will give you a much better footing, particularly if it's a little bit wet

Agree with rich. I prefer bowling in half spikes

I personally think bowling in full spikes is a lot better.
