My spikes are stuck in the bottom of my old shoes, and I want to wear them again this season after buying and trying several pairs.
Has anybody had this problem before? If so is there anyway to get them out :(
-
WD 40 is your friend mate, slight wetting of the spikes would also get the mud moblising.
-
Cheers mate :)
-
Did you get sorted mate?
-
Not yet mate :(

They are 22yards :D
Anyone got any tips?

Think wd40 is the way to go. Just spray and leave, for a bit. Let it soak in then try and take them out. If not the repeat
-
I twisted one a while back and disturbed the part it goes into :/!
Reckon if I got all the spikes ripped out they could be resoled by the shoe doctor or brian and brenda?
-
I'd prob bite the bullet and buy some cheep trainers to spike.

Especially since Ryan is on commission from the Shoe Doctor ;P
