Title: one on one coaching, hedingley.
Post by: sloggerroz on April 08, 2012, 07:56:53 PM
Im in my late 30s but thinking of having one of those 1 hour coaching sessions for 40 quid. Just wondered if any one else had had one and if they were any good.

sounds like a good deal - although 1-1 for an hour will be very tiring  - I would try to do to 1/2 hour sessions and make sure you are early to both and warmed up and ready to go right at the start

Has some when I was younger and found them quite good. Also seen plenty of one on one coaching while training. Think you would benefit.
