Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows the full kineslogical movements of limbs and muscles during this action, any input would be appreciated.

not sure the responses are quite in keeping with the "share the knowledge" line.
samfru what you might want to do is put in what you think it is and then get some pointers...

It would be similar to those used in a Lunge.
