Our overseas player is an Indian Off-spinner named Ajay Rajput, he is currently in Madhya Pradesh 2nd XI. In our league we are not allowed current first-class nor can they have played first class in the last five years.

This is the third year we have had him, he took 64 wickets in 12 games in 2007, 79 in 14 games last year

Our "pro" is a quick opening bowler who bats 3/4. Never seen anyone as quick as him before and he has been nicknamed the Pune Express lol. Likewise Sultan the is rules in our league about how good the player has to be etc.

http://content.cricinfo.com/india/content/player/30146.html (http://content.cricinfo.com/india/content/player/30146.html)

In 2008, his first season with us, he hit 321 runs in 11 innings (the wickets are bad) with a top score of 112* and an average of 32.1. His bowling was 93 overs, 22 madians, 11 wickets and conceeded 261 runs. An average of 24.1

This year he captains my club and is due to return next week :D

our overseas Pro is a Sri Lankan. Not sure if he has a page on Cricinfo. He has come up the ranks with Mahela Jayawardane, but had to give up cricket to support his family. We got him through Mahela's brother who is a cricket scout.

His last season was incredible. 498 runs with a HS of 130* and took 50 wickets. Last season his top speed was 82mph. He claims to have gained a few yards this season. Buggers already broken one of my bats.

Really - how long ago did Deitzy play for you? He was with meggies (Cleethorpes CC) for 3 seasons, and in his last match he went out and got absolutely bladdered and got caught drink driving - after that I didn't think he was coming back to the UK so that he could get out of his driving ban

our website shows that he played for us first in 1993, and he scored 786 runs at an average of 37. he then came back in 2003 very briefly and made 99* in his only innings!
