Title: Who's been the unluckiest with the weather?

Well after my two games this weekend already been called off yesterday, it got me thinking who has had the most games abandoned? I am on 7 games already with that possibly reaching 12 games of cricket by the end of next weekend...

Game called off today (and I was captain!)
Don't play on Sundays
Pee'd down as I went in to bat in the nets on Tuesday
To wet for the bowlers to run up at nets on Thursday

I am considering myself really fortunate that I am not playing for the first few weeks of the season!

Our cricket season over here this year was the wettest as well... More washouts than any other year that I remember

Is that down in NSW?

Was pretty good in Brisbane this season, 2011/2012, only had 2 or 3 weekends rained out which is the norm for Brisbane.

The previous season, 2010/2011, there was heaps of rain and massive floods so we had 6 games washed out (5 of which were 2 day games too) out of 18 games, which is quite a lot.

Only the one sofas this season, and considering I was lucky enough to play last Sunday, albeit in atrocious conditions, I'm not too fussed, but god I wish it would stop raining!!!

Had one Saturday match rained off along with two training sessions. The ground has shocking drainage so I suspect we will have more chance of creating an Ark out of cricket bats than playing games next weekend...

Well, if you include colts matches I was due to coach, I've been rained off every day since Tuesday 17th!

up until yesterday - we hadn't lost a game to weather, from April 7th we had played 7 out of 7.

However todays has been called off and so has our t20 tomorrow :-(

First match of the year rained of due to storms here in sunny Spain .......  but we have played 12 this year so far hence no complaints

I reckon Taunton Deane must be the unluckiest. Their pitch is under (and I'm not joking) about 2 feet of water as the river has bust it's banks!
