I'd say it was cheap mate :) looks nice, whats the rebound etc like?
-
rebound is very good with a mallet, and sound is nice too
-
Don't know if I keen on the flat faces, prefer the traditional rounded edges.
Looks nice though. Aren't spyder bats made in asia?

Ian and Fred at warrior are knocking some bats out for these as well
-
Dont sg have those edge stamps?
-
I did think SG looking at the stamp, perhaps stickered as a Spyder?
-
stickers look sg but it is stamped with spyder
-
I've seen spyders with spyder edge stamped before
-
has ink stamps on the edge saying spyder...
-
If the performance is better than expected for the price paid then its a bargain no matter who its made by. :)

not anymore i dont think liam lad :)
pretty sure now they are assian made but i could be wrong.
-
i would say it is asian made, cant find much about spyder on the net.
-
They buy a lot of RNS Larsons and the ones I've seen have ink stamps on the edge.
-
as this one does, anyone know if they do any softs?
-
Spyder do them, do they not have a website?
-
Spyder do softs. The shop is in Stoke (about 1 mile away from Shark Cricket), and most teams in my league pyramid (North Staffs / South Cheshire) have at least 2-3 players who use Spyder bats including my team. All bats I've seen are a good quality and tend to have an asian profile. No idea where they are made though.
To my knowledge, Spyder is not on the internet as the website has been 'coming soon' for about 3 years!
