What is a good fitness program for a 15 year old all rounder (top order batsman, swing/pace bowler)
I want to bowl quicker (keep control) and become a more powerful batsman. Also bowl longer bowling spells.

Surely at 15 you can only bowl 5-6 over spells anyway?

Mate, all these questions, you seriously need to find a coach...... one that you can pay to answer the way you want as all these questions, and then you will just disagree with the answers anyway.
