these are so rated on this forum im thinking of getting one second hand, anyone got any thoughts on which standard shapes are concaved and which are not.i tend to think no concaving picks up a bit heavier.they look like fairly chucky bats
thanks

Take a look on there web site:

If your buying off here Id check to make sure the profile of the bats is the same as its stickers, becasue offten Matt will put diffrent stickers on for you.
But do get one they're mint! ;-)

Highly recommend them, i had a demo profile stickered as excel,,,absolutely loved it...

I'd definitely recommend them. I've got/had 4 of them and am awaiting an Excel from Matt. I find them pressed to perfection and all of them I've had have been big for the weight. The hattori I have has a huge middle and is just brilliant.
The 666 and Hattori are concaved and the Excel has no concaving I believe. Ross is right though, if you are buying used check the model with the seller as all of mine have been stickered as Hattori's by Matt to match my softs.

ok that's great many thanks
i think the 666 with the concaving may suit
cheers

The Hattori has minimal concaving, and is a beauty of a bat nice big profile, long middle.
