Title: My new GN100 Harrow!
Post by: jackoboi13 on May 13, 2012, 06:31:57 AM
Just received my new scoop from Lorimers. Am super happy with it- 8 straight-ish grains and a huge 37mm edges (on a 2.4 weight!!!!). The ping on it is superb and it has a really large middle. I got it for £75!

here are the pics:

Useless without pics.......37 mm edges is impressive on a bat as little as that but then again it hasn't got any wood in the middle has it?  ;) Pics please.

At least these posts about imaginary bats show some kind of willingness! It's the 'Items Wanted' posts that say 'I want a new bat 2.8 or 2.9, pm me with what you've got' that really wind me up..........Have they forgotten they are on a forum where that is exactly that kind of information that is available? Or is it that they think if they put a post like that they will get an extra special deal? I hate you all...

I've given up smoking.............sorry........  :)

What is the opinion on scuff sheets- leave natural or apply one? bit miffed as Lorimers said they would knock in and when first got it tested ping with a ball and seam marks left! Given it another hour now and it seems ok :)
I thought GNs where Pre prepared- mine definitely isn't?

Not all are pre-prep'd if it has a sticker on the back that says it is then it is otherwise its not...
