First game of the season for me and managed 87 and this...

Now what to do to sort it out?
-
Perhaps just sand it down so it's not dangerous? Shouldn't affect performance considering its position on the bat.
-
Nothing that ............ sand down the rough edge and put tape around it
more to the point, is that bat a laminate :o
-
what weight is it ? looks pretty damn big, definitely a lam that
-
eek, the line at the back does look rather suspicious...
-
eeek, the Lam police... Rrruuunnnn!! :( :D
(Should have mentioned it was a friendly).
It has small pieces of wood suck to the edges to make them bigger but not a Lam in the conventional sense. Was curious about performance more than anything else. Wouldn't use it in a league match ofcourse, oh nooo!! tut tut!!
A couple of effortless sixes but no real benefit over my other mid range bats.
In terms of the damage, I agree it shouldn't be a worry (unless I try to chase a wide ball again...) but I think it needs some glue? (And before the sirens start blaring again, I intend to use it in our annual club 6-a-side).
Weighs 2.11 by the way.
