Will be needing some new shoes very soon, an sort of debating between the pairs above. So, if anyone has worn Puma's before can you just say how they are comfort wise and all that. But yeah I'm pretty undecided between both, so would just like to see what decision all of you would make? :)
-
Difficult one.
Puma are good shoes all around. But these are new so no reviews or opinions on fit.
The Asics ones are a bit stiffer and feel a bit thinner on the foot. I prefer my Strike rates to my gel advance
-
I really am stuck between the two.
I currently have last year Gel Advance's, and I really like them, But just stuck between them!
-
Judging by the vote thus far, it looks like everyone is as well.
-
Going on last years offerings i prefered Puma. Havent tried any of the 2012 shoes so dont know whether either brand has made improvements etc.
-
I've been a massive puma advocate for a while now - very good spikes.... Up until the calibre spikes I bought this year - really struggling to come to terms with the fit, which feels horrible compared to previous years :(
-
I find Puma slightly more comfortable than Asics.
I have Asics Gel Advance LE 3 and Puma Calibre
-
Why can't I win £200 on a scratch card, then I can get both!
-
Puma's all the way, they look so very cool.
-
Gel Adv 4 for me, its a less bulky shoe than the Pumas in my opinion.
-
The Vospeeds, don't even look that bulky though?
-
Yeah they are not as bulky as most pumas to be fair, but the Gel Adv range is quite a sleek and slim range.
Ive always been an Asics man myself.

Having now seen these; http://www.cricketinsight.co.uk/2012/06/25/new-asics-201213-gel-advance-4-spikes/
I'm thinking about waiting to see what Asics are brought out next season! :)
I'm not that desperate, I can wait for a while.
