Title: Mallets
Post by: junter97 on June 23, 2012, 11:39:23 AM
What is so special about mallets that the bat makers use? Is it that they are heavier and more powerful so the knocking in process is quicker? Also, where can mallets like these be bought?

that looks like a vinyl hammer, look on the internet, I have a Thor one.

no idea if they are better for knocking a bat in, but my son likes playing with it!

Can anyone provide a more accurate name for this type of mallet? I searched for vinyl hammer and nothing even resembling one of these appeared. perhaps a link to a website that sells them?
