Well this is my newest creation its 2 15 finished as it is. Its made for a team mate that wanted a big bat with lowish middle and big edges so hope this suits him!! I said for him to use it and after a couple of games if he wants it altered,i would. Hope he gets on with it.
He chose the third from the top from the four available. 7/8 straightish grains so should last (hopefully) longer after its played in.
Just realised the pictures show the bat without face and shoe goo toe which is now fitted

Got 3 more to make for other team mates now!
The top cleft has been reserved and should be ready for next week
Any thought or comments?

Looks nice, interesting profile - hope it goes well :)

I know its probably just the photo angle, but to me it looks alittle bit lopsided!
-
Know what you mean, the spine seems to be slightly left of centre.
Anyway still a great effort and much better than anything I could produce. ;)
-
quite - and it may well be just that angle!
-
The spine is central, its just my photography needs working on, angles and shadows make it look a little off !!

Looks a very nice piece of wood. My kind of bat!

Bat Last seen when the new owner picked it up, and was running to the nets, giggleing like a fat boy that found the keys to the sweet shop, lol
-
That's usually how I feel when I pick up one of the heavy bats in my bag!
-
I only use light bats so would not know how guys handle these monsters
-
Lovely profile , probably gonna inspire me for my first bat.
-
Quite like the look of the offset edges.
-
Bat looks good.
Where you get the part mades from if you don't mind me asking?
-
The Clefts came from a member on here that is now banned,so will not be named, the new owner of this bat rates it as the best bat he has ever owned, which is more down to the willow than me i expect, the edge profile is just "curvy and sexy" his words not mine!
That's 7 team mates that use them now and 3 more to make.
The thing is i know how they bat so can make to suit them, this bat for a beefy player that likes to go big,the latest one i made was traditional shape for a young stroke player moving up from a harrow,i haven't put pics of that one on.

Another one of my bats got a century 115 :D :D including a couple of big sixes off the toe.
