People's favourite bat will depend purely on their individual experience and which profile they got, and if that profile suits them!
As someone who has used all of the above, I can say that all are great!!
You really need to take your time and see what you think will suit you the best?
Any of these bats are likely to be guns!!

Currently got an H4L which is going very nicely thank you very much. Used a Bulldog last season which was a little too heavy for me, but went like the proverbial train and hit some massive sixes.

I've used the Woodstock in the nets and it was pretty good, and hopefully going to pick up a new SAF on Friday!

Never used any of them. To be honest the only ones I've actually seen/picked up were H4L 666 models (2 of them in the shop) and of quite different grades. What looked to be the top grade one was a fair bit heavier than I was looking for, the other was in the weight range but was still a bit pricey for me.

Location had a bearing in my original decision as found someone reasonably local.

my mate had a sponsorship deal ( discount) from woodstock. first bat was a plank and the second snapped clean across the back at the bottom of the splice after about 3-4 months. it wasnt replaced and the sponsorship cancelled.

never had a bulldog  but get good reviews.

i would go for a h4l or saf as both get good reviews. used a h4l and it was top draw. havent had the chace to use a saf but its safe to say they are up there with the best.

To be honest, whatever bat you choose out of these will be good, just go with what is best for you.

I sold my Newbery TT SPS for a H4L monster, stickered as a Hattori and I love it. I have since bought a H4L excel as my 2nd bat - this 2 is a quality piece of wood. I can not pass comment on the others as I haven't used them, but I can strongly recommend the H4Ls

My Woodstock TDF is a cracking bat, paid £180. Great service and in constant contact with John. Gloves are really nice too.
