I'm going with Puma Evolution 5000
-
vallum cleft
-
Nope, let me put it this way. If you bought this from a forum brand, how much would you be prepared to pay and what grade would you expect it to be classed as?
By the way it only weighs 2.9.5oz
-
it has nice grains with butterfly stains ........ grade 1 or it could be grade 3
-
vallum cleft
???
-
I think it looks minging! Would think grade 3 and wouldn't pay more than £80 new

Really, interesting...even though it's 95% heartwood?
-
looks like water damage as well
-
Grade 4 and id pay about £40
-
Is it a gray nics that had a covered up face? ???
-
I personally thought it was kashmir willow to begin with.

Nope

I don't know if I should name the brand or not.
-
no i bought one of them had 16 even spaced grains and is a belter
i would not pay more than 35 pound for that it looks similar to the 2nd bats i used to sell
-
Got to be grade 3 or 4, unless the ping is out of this world!
-
Made for an International batsman, Absolutely crazy ping, not the best looking. Pro pefromance £ 200. :D

Forgot to mention its a limited edition!
-
They're just stickered up Pakistani bats though aren't they? Bet it didn't cost much more than a ton
-
To be fair it does look much better with the scuff sheet and stickers on. Who are Torpedo then? I saw the stickers stuck on your workshop wall as well.
-
Torpedo have been knocking around Yorkshire/Lancashire for donkeys. They were supplying big Asian profiled bats before they got trendy
-
I've heard different things, apparently made by "bar bar" in a garage but also heard they are just stickered up so not sure.
It's a nice profile and size for its weight but I personally think its an ugly bit of willow. Defiantly not a limited edition. I'd say grade 4, 3 at most.
-
they are a locally company that buy bats from india and finish them over here i think,
not sure who makes the bats but most are monsters tbh
-
Agreed but I think I've re-handled about 6 of them this year. Wonder if it's the type of handle they use?
-
i love butterfly willow ;)
