Title: New spikes or spike my running trainers

Just wanted to know if I should have my asics running trainers spiked or are there any spikes that are super comfy that I should have a look at?

My asics strike rates are super comfy, even better they were only £30 as well.

Strike rates are excellent, definitely go for those.
