Our most popular batting gloves are the M&H Distinctions. For good reason, too, in my opinion, so I would certainly recommend these - you can see why I feel this way on the YouTube video that's embedded on the following product page: http://www.itsjustcricket.co.uk/cricket-batting-gloves-c20/senior-batting-gloves-c21/millichamp-hall-distinction-batting-gloves-p349
Hope this helps. Feel free to give me a shout if you have any questions, or are interested to buy. Cheers.

Without doubt for me it would be puma. I've also got the distinction gloves and they are very very nice, and I'm sure it's just cricket will sort you out on the M&h's if your after the classy look.

Ayrtek Elite are definitely worth a look as well

I'd agree, I just got some from Paul in the itsjustcricket offer. Only worn them a couple of times so far but they're very nice gloves.

I've just opted for the M&H softs from Paul (IJC), great customer service & product.

Get kookaburra k1000 gloves, they're so comfy and I sweat a lot and they've lasted me a full season without going crusty yet, Lorimer sports has them on eBay for £39.99 free delivery

There are lots of good gloves around from various brands, and some particularly good ones already mentioned on this thread. I mentioned the M&H Distinctions as they are my personal favourite as well as our most popular. The main things to consider, after you've decided whether or not you want inners, are if you want split or sausage finger, and what material you want for the palm. Pittards is very popular these days but Pittard palms are top end in terms of pricing. Also, as you will have seen in the video we did, the M&H ones have a five split finger, so they're extremely flexible, but don't offer quite as much protection as a sausage finger such as the Gray-Nicolls Oblivion Test: http://www.itsjustcricket.co.uk/cricket-batting-gloves-c20/senior-batting-gloves-c21/gray-nicolls-oblivion-test-batting-gloves-p405

Kookaburra R900s are a nice sausage, if you can get past the colours...
I have a pair and they're lovely - I think they might be cheap on Sports Direct too.
-
Shamrock are really really nice, also like the SAF gloves and after seeing the D&P gloves on the TV last night they look quite nice to... I think Shamrock are slightly cheaper than the rest but the quality is fantastic...

Another split finger glove that I really like - that's also proven to be very popular - are the Willostix Stick: http://www.itsjustcricket.co.uk/cricket-batting-gloves-c20/senior-batting-gloves-c21/willostix-stick-batting-gloves-p301 We did a video for these too. So, there's definitely plenty to consider, but hope this helps.

Best to choose which style you like and which you like the look of. Most I'm sure will be fairly similar in quality as many come from the same manufactures. I've got the Willostix Stick gloves and they are brilliant. Very high quality and fantastic protection at a good price. I'm not keen on the sausage style otherwise I'd have bought the H4L's as the look class. Ayrtek's look good and might go for them next year.
