Hi I recently sold my ayrtek premier that was not going to use as I've had my knees operated on and just received an email from the buyer saying the pump in the back is not working. Any advice on how to sort this?
Thanks rob

Check the valve isn't blocked on it as had a few with grass etc blocking the airway to pull air into the liner
-
I seem to struggle getting air out of mine - any suggestions?
-
Wheres the valve on it?
-
At the rear on the soft bulb side.
Johnny....press the release valve and squeeze the lid down on ur head to get the air out a bit easier as should force it out
-
If the valves fine which I think it is what are my options? I've only used it Twice in games and they weren't long innings unfortunately lol so I doubt it's grass

We can replace the component easily enough, where did u get it from in the first place?
-
I got it from morrant but no longer have the receipt
-
Well usual protocol would be to return it to them for a replacement as 1st port of call as they will have a record of the purchase. We can sort out a repalcement with them then if needs be

Ok thanks for your help and If there's any problems I'll get back to
