After looking around for a nice kids wheelie bag for my son and getting a few tips from some folk, Paul @ IJC offered me a Newbery Krakatoa for a great price. Paid for the bag on Friday and it arrived safe and sound today.
Many thanks Paul for fantastic service and a great bit of kit..

No worries about the box.. Bag is in tip top shape.. Just wished they made krakatoa double decker bag in man size..

Paul is a good friend of mine and instead of having a thread of IJC vs Uzi Sports, it will be good idea for our customers to list the areas we need to improve and where we lacked in our customer services. Obviously we do make mistakes but how quickly we rectify these and learn from our mistakes.
If any of the members were not happy with our service, Plz email us and I'll be happy to take your feedback/comments on board to improve our service

I think its fair to say that both retailers are fantastic, and as long as the price wasn't too much higher, would definitely buy from either in a heartbeat. I would say however that Asad, your website is a little difficult to navigate, I find, and if I didn't know that you were a high class retailer, the graphics would probably put me off! Just my two penneth!

Good point, we are in the process of launching new web site, just waiting for the season to end and as u can imagine the amount of products we need to add as well as their photos

My views is that you need to make a bit bigger deal of the products you're selling. At the moment they look altogether, and there isn't much order. Perhaps make the web pages longer, with the pictures bigger. For my mind, pro direct is the best looking website, although they are a horrendous company, their website is amazing and I would imagine is a large proportion of why people buy there.

Looking forward to seeing this after the sneak peek I had last time I was in.
I think a way of filtering all items in a product range by price would be good as was looking for bats up to £150 and had to keep flicking back and forth between each manufacturer

This is a very good idea, Asad, and I was already trying to veer away from the vs. contest as you might have seen from my earlier post. It's great to hear such positive feedback, but it can't all be positive, and I would urge anyone to do as Asad has said if you have been in any way let down by our service. This is especially relevant for IJC as we're such a young company...
