Title: What helmet does Ricky Ponting wear?

Is it an albion original 98? Or something similar....

I believe this is my next target seeing as I was disappointed with masuri.... I cannot stand the ti22 helmet either, its ghastly!

yes it is the original 98, which if i remember correctly was based on a masuri shell by albion for the aussies to use instead of breaking the contract by using masuri helmets, they do look very nice aswell

why are you disappointed with masuri? it's the best helmet i've used, and i've used an albion centurion (which i think is the same) and a ti22 albion test elite!

The only problem I have with the masuri is that it doesn't fit me, and the chin strap is stupidly small... it would be better to make it larger so people could cut whatever they wanted off... I'm sure if I had a smaller head it would be fine lol.... I also found it a little uncomfortable right on top of my head, it was a little bit firm.

I thin it's a Centurion, which I have currently - I preferred my Masuri

its not a centurion at all look at the peak centurion is small and rounded but the 98 has a prominent peak

Shane warns uses a centurion it's definitely the other type
