Title: Harrow weights
Post by: Nickauger on September 11, 2012, 07:19:56 PM
After nearly 6 years of being together, I have finally instilled some sort of excitement of cricket into my other half. So much show that she wants me to coach her. Now, here's the problem..... she's a bit of a girly girl and cannot lift my 3lb+ bulldog, which is also a bit long for her I reckon, so I'm after some advice. How low do weights go on harrow bats? Don't want to bother any forum sponsors because I'm not going to buy one from them..... It will no doubt be a Sports Direct special, but what do you guys know?

Most of the ones we have are between 2.4 and 2.7, but they can go a bit lower than that...

2.3lb-2.8lb is the rough range. My 17 year old daughter got a storming 2'4 Harrow from Raje bats. Bit of a monster that I wanted to use lol. With 28mm edges and 54mm spine weighing at 2'4oz unstickered with a small amount of concaving.
