Ask PedalsMcgrew as well as he has one.
Basically I have a Midas as does Pedals.
I have only just knocked mine in but it taps up beautifully!! And we used Pedal's Midas in the nets a few times as it is knocked in and the willow is reallly starting to play in. Impressive? I should coco!! It is going extremely well by any bats standards! If you imagine the trad shape of a Mjolnir but the spine is probably higher and the middle is very long and very forgiving too! Basically it is a quality bat which will go superbly, and driving the ball is just dangerous.....bullet train time! :o

Cheers guys will probibally be going ahead and buying one then ;)

If you like the traditional profile (ala Newbery Mjolnir) with a huge middle then this is a subert bat.

What Pete said^
If you like a traditional profiled bat (and I do) then its easily the equal of anything on the market currently. When you take into account the price then very little comes close...
My tip is order a bat 1oz or two lighter than normal. It's got such a long middle and such an impressive spine height you really can get away with a lighter bat....all personal preference though...

. The only thing is he only has a 2.11 but that should be fine

That's what I've got I think.....not actually weighed it if I'm honest! It's fine for me, I just could have got away with a lighter one.... ;)

Two 2.11 at present but this is where weight isnt everything. One is huge, one is standard but with featherlight pick up.... both same weight. A touch player should go with the standard and someone looking for whackability ( no not that chump!) should go with the huge one. Ive never seen a middle spread as big on a lightish bat

It isn't a Midas, but it's a Helios. :P
