A proper competitor to the Amplus/Distinction/Master models M&H make, but at a sensible price! You'd clean up!
-
Traditional light pads please...

what is your definition of a sensible price?
one of our new shapes will be very similar to one of those mentioned

Lees than an rrp of £400! I'd say £250 max? Is that do-able?
This one probably isn't that exciting but I am still waiting for a company to make some really decent Batting inner gloves that last longer than a month....quality inners that really soak up the sweat and last would be sweet.
-
I just want to see a blank bat in my bag... :) you don't by any chance have on that needs a warm bag to sleep in for a while....would give it back to you at the end of the season ;)
-
i agree, a master profile for around £250 would make me buy one!

Anyone ever tries using golf gloves as inners for batting?

that is certainly do-able :)
if your going through inners too regularly you are obviously far too good and not getting out enough :)
-
Or I'm far sweatier than any normal person! ;)
I actually spoke to a good mate of mine who owns a cricket company recently about inners and he reckons that they all, without exception, come from the same place! If that is the case then some batting inners with a proper bit of design behind them would be really cool....I bet Aero could come up with something cool.....why doesn't BB beat them to it? :D There's definitely a gap in the market...but then maybe there's a gap because no one else wants them!
-
Good shout Luke. What's the purpose of inners? To wick sweat away or to absorb it? If they're for absorption then why not use towelling or something like that? Else for wicking they need to be a more technical fabric. Or maybe wicking on the back with towelling in the front?
-
i thought less batsman use inners these days due to better quality gloves being used?
-
Inners always cause an argument regarding feel. I Hate them because it feels like a towel between you and the bat.
-
whereas I love them because they make the arthritis in my hand more bearable in a long innings...
-
never worn them never will i like thin grips too i like to feel the bat sounds funny but how i like it
-
A retro bat - how's about a Blank Jumbo profile? I'd buy it, and I'm not even drunk yet!
-
By the way Michael, what about all the 2012 stuff - you get rid of all the softs?

That 2.8 looks absolutely stunning. Just wondering if I need a fifth bat. Looking it at it might tide me over until nets start though.
-
God that's absolute bat porn.
-
Don't suppose the 2.8 (pictured above) is still available is it?
