Title: Ayrtek Range 2013
Post by: Ayrtek Cricket on September 14, 2012, 12:22:08 PM
A Forum Exlusive for you showcasing our 2012/13 range that is being unveiled today at the Lords Trade Show.

We have listened to feedback from our retailers and our customers and have tried to offer what we feel the range needed. This sees 2 models being added to the range in the Carbo Premier that sits in the price bracket between the Premier and RAW helmets. At the very top end we have introduced the Coloured RAW helmets after feedback from people saying could we produce a Blue/Green/Maroon version of the RAW.

We have also pushed the boat out a little and produced a few Carbo Premier Coloured helmets too in order to show off whats viable. These would be at additional cost to the standard £149.99 RRP that the Carbo Premier is set at.

We have also pushed the boundaries a little further and explored what other finishes we can offer on our Premier range to set us aside from our competitors and liven up things in our own special way :)

Coloured RAW (Carbon Fibre) Helmets- £249.99 RRP

Unfortunately  we haven't got a Green RAW in our hands as yet but the Red and Blue RAW look very nice in our humble and heavily biased opinion.

Carbo Premier + Coloured Carbo Premiers- £149.99 RRP

and now for something a little different.....we have gone a little "freestyle" on these 3 samples we produced just to show what's viable if you want something unique to wear during the season.

Seriously looking at an Ayrtek now my current helmet is on it's last legs...  One question, can an ayrtek withstand being hurled into a concrete floor multiple times by an angry me? :p

new range look great Tom, is carbo premier just a premier with an awesome paint job to make it look like a raw? or is there more to it, I might have to look at the blue raw for next season,,also how much extra would it be to get a ti grill coated black?

We Can do the Custom Premier for £175 as they are produced as one off's in terms of production but the graphics can be overlaid on any colour base etc.

other graphics are available too but we had to narrow it down a little as possibilities are endless :)

No Not really, I popped into a cricket shop near to where I live and they had one which I tried but I could not get it to sit correctly.. I was rushing things a little.. Might have to go back and spend a little more time playing with It...

I found that too with one I tried out a while back, however the issue I had was with the strapping and Tom offered to alter this strapping so it would fit perfectly. Great service.

also guys dont forget the pockets inside are a bit like memory foam and it will take some time to mold to ur head...

i admit they dont feel as snug as standard helmet but mine fits spot on and doesnt move about at all.

i did ditch the chin strap tho and just have it under my 4 chins

Are the carbo premier coloured with a titanium grill? Also how heavy are they?

Carbo Premie comes in the standard carbon fibre black with a Ti grille and weigh the same as a Ti premier

We can do a coloured finish but this is at additional cost as the red/blue/green samples were done to showcase the possibilities.

Isn't the new currency called the 'Gert Lush', the 'Dap' or the 'Scrumpy'?

How much extra would the coloured carbo s be?

Would love a green one and it is just a case of managing funds available.
