Seen a few bits and pieces about this....
Offering both types, flat and curved faced so add another check box if ordering :o
-
Add a poll to this thread? Would be interesting to see

I'm a flat man (skee-bap-ba-da-da-bop)
-
The next bat I buy will have to have a flat face.. Just to give it a go as I have never had one..
-
i am not bothered by either one..
-
having used both my considered opinion is now that it make no difference at all.
I thought it did but what matters is how well the bat is pressed.
flat faces are all about the optical illusion of a bigger bat
this is a change to my previous opinion!
-
Pretty sure I've stated my opinion elsewhere. I know the purpose of a flat face is the optical illusion of a bigger edge, but that's not why I like them. I just feel like they give a bigger surface to present to the ball - yes, that's probably a psychological thing, but anyways, I just like that feeling
-
I'm not bothered either way. If I had a choice I wouldn't specify a flat face as I haven't seen it help me improve my batting in any way...
-
Flat mate. Might sound stupid but even if I'm not, I like to think I'm at the crease with a biggish bat

I'm a man who likes curves...
-
Curved faced bats suit me because I like to glide the ball off the bat behind point
-
I'm more used to cuved face and prefer it, as I guess I'm simply more used to them!
But have used a flat face though and I found it not too difficult to get used to it.
But deep down, I just prefer curves!
-
I can't say I've noticed a difference
-
the interesting thing about this is, is what will be available....
Like I said we do both types. On ordering, email or ring and we can go through the pro's and cons for both so you can finalise your order
-
I just prefer the look of curved face bats. They look more crafted as opposed to a block of wood.
