Who do you guys think is the next big fast bowling all rounder now that kallis is getting on, at one point Aussies touted it to be Mitchell marsh but he hasn't really broken through.
-
I don't know if all-rounders in the style of Kallis are ever going to happen again. I think it'll be bowlers that bat, like Broad, Bresnan (although admittedly not of late), Philander etc.
Having said that, I have been of the opinion for a couple of years, and that opinion gets firmer each season, that Chris Woakes has the quality to bat at 7 or even 6 for England, and he's a very, very classy bowler too

Lacks the pace a bit for sure, but is a handy bowler who's a batsman (although not recently)

Woakes....

Watson is looking better and better as each season progresses, but again, he's not a fast bowler!
-
watson has pumped up the pace on occasion...

Watson maybe... Nobody else I can think of bats as well and bowls as well. There are some good bowlers who can bat a little and some good bats who bowl ok.. But world class at both.. Not at the moment..

True, definitely capable of hitting higher speeds, but I was thinking he's not consistently up there at high 80s and above in the Kallis style
