Having taken on board some feedback, and in order to hopefully reach a few more of you we've created this thread where we aim to permanently have two new bats for sale in the £140-£175 category. If there for some reason we don't have two bats up for sale here let us know and we shall sort it out. All prices will include postage (CityLink insured - £12), knocking in (recommended) can be added for £15 and protective facing for £3. The idea is if you're looking for a bargain bat - be it for you, your team mates or your dad/son/grandfather/grandson you can come here, pick one out and have it within 72 hours all for less than £175 inc postage.
We're also happy to make a deal to include gloves or pads, if you're interested please PM.
For the moment:
Bat 1 - Blenheim Marlborough 2.7. £160

Bat 2 - Blenheim Marlborough 2.8. £160 10 grains and a bit of heartwood. This would be a fantastic bat for a left hander, or a Graeme Smith style right hander with the heartwood on the inside edge. As the photos show it has a big profile for the weight.

Bat 3 - Blenheim Marlborough 2.11. £175. 10 straight grains, big edges carried all the way through the bat. This is a solid piece of wood that will last the distance.

Hi Gus - A question on the Handles of your Bats - Are they Round or Oval? and the weights you have put up here are including the grip?
-
The handles err on the side of being slightly more oval, but they are by no means extreme
-
The heartwood on that first bat is really beautiful!
-
is bat number 2 still available?

is bat number 2 still available?
Yep

Why aren't the Marlborough bats listed on your website? I can only see the Oxford and Cambridge?
Is it a new model in the range?
I've just realised the Viceroy isn't on either....!

Poor admin from me that's why! None of them are up there, predominately because the early season weather meant we couldn't take the required photos...They'll be up soon enough with our new bat for 2013.

Great news, I do like the website....very classy! :D
-
Might be a bit late but just wanted to find out if bat 2 is still available?
Is the weight 2'8 finished, including grip?
-
what grade willow is the 3rd bat? and how would you define the middle? ie low, mid or high?
also, please confirm edge sizes?
thanks.
