Help i keep getting a popup saying the forum has an app for android,click to learn about tapatalk. Any ideas how to remove this?

I've taken it offline for now as it's not functioning properly.

Last few days I've got the 'Ooops Google Chrome cannot display this webpage' then 10 minutes later or so we're all fine again
