As the question asks? Do you want to have access to the forum via an app?
-
How do we find the forum once downloaded?
-
It gets registered with Tapatalk and you search for it. I may be able to add a link in here, but I'm just learning at the moment...
-
Ah no wonder I wouldn't find it then ??? Too far ahead of the game

Hell yeah! Been having a few issues with the plug-in, hence why so many people have received the "This forum is Tapatalk enabled" message...

Why do you think I'm taking a back-up ;)
-
This is above my payroll and remit so on that basis I'm out :)

I'm used to using the browser, it could be handy though. Being able to use 1 hand rather than have to pinch to zoom all the time
-
It is better to have it than not to have it but then I don't like Tapatalk as I prefer forum via browser despite it is slow but thats due to getting "forum feel"

Dear Powers That Be,
I know this has been discussed at length, and I know there needs to be a software update etc, but are there any real plans to have an app for the forum?

Is it really any better than just using the website?

Out of members using the forum who have participated in votes for mobile options, the following has been observed:
36 People wanted the mobile site removed
18 people want a tapatalk forum app
8 wanted the mobile site to remain
5 didn't want the forum app
2453 didn't care enough to vote.
As it stands at the moment, there is not an overwhelming enough response to justify the work to get an app in place. If someone wants to write an Android/iOS/WinPho app, I'm not going to stop them and will happily work with them regarding data access.
