Morning all,
Last night I was appointed Fixtures Secretary at my club, the mighty Battersea Badgers.
We play at a friendly / social level (not league cricket) and are looking to add some fixtures for 2013. So, if your club is of a similar standard, or if your 4th / 5th / 6th XI are looking to add a friendly fixture or two for next summer, please get in touch! We normally play on Saturdays (40 over games), but can do some Sundays too, as well as T20s on midweek evenings in mid-summer, so there are plenty of options.
Of course, we would prefer London/Surrey based clubs, but we have been known to travel as far as Henley, so as long as you're within a reasonable drive from London, I'd be interested to hear from you!
Cheers,
Paul

Paulus - The Mighty Chertsey may be looking for Saturday and Sunday fixtures. Straight up the A316 and you're there.
I'll find out who oue fixtures guy is.
-
Paul, get in touch with Seveno - played once for them last season, good bunch of lads and it'll be an easy victory for you.

We've played Seveno in the past, but I believe we dropped the fixture a couple of years ago. I'm not sure why, but will look into it - are you going to be playing for them more regularly now that you're a local boy, Matt?!

Thanks, Bruce, that would be brilliant. Definitely a feasible location.

Ah right, well it's not the best of venues in a park. Good bunch though - not sure if I will be playing for them or not as yet, but I probably will as the field is basically my back garden - it's too convenient

if you go as far as Henley then you'll find Marlow is slightly shorter :). Minor County deck and a very nice ground. Might be able to do a Saturday in Sept or a Sunday.
-
Paul - Will deffo be up for a game (not that I'm in charge! Though I know our skip would love the fixture), may need to find a pitch though...

you'd always be welcome at the Manor as well

Could probably get a sunday game against cheam. I'll see if I can get hold of the number for the fixture secretary

Hi Paul, just thought I'd dig this up for the 2014 season.
We play in Raynes Park and can send you my fixture sec's details if you are looking for Sunday games next year.
We play friendly 40 or time games and go in the conference as medium weak (for what that's worth)

No.11 who do you play for? I'm at old ruts near Morden/Raynes Park
-
I'm skipper for Raynes Park Former Pupils CC Sunday XI, also went to Ruts ;)
We used to play Old Ruts 3rd or 4th I think a few years ago.

The Oakhill will be up for a game for sure Paul, I might even play this time!
