I found these on a website last year and used them. I think they're brilliant, it makes it so much easier to slip your sapikes off and on, especially when padding up.
I tried to get more, but the company I used do not stock them but found some similar Karrimor ones in SportsDirect. Has any one used this make and are thety any good? They're only £2 so I could try them, but just wanted to ask first.
Thanks
Joel

You'd never think someone would try to simplify doing up laces haha, these have got to be American!!
-
Saves bending down to re-tie all the time or spending ages when you get a knot in them.
American, maybe, lazy, yep, better than laces, definitely.

If the Ball hits the plastic bit and it cracks you'll be tying your laces up anyway. Age old method that's survived a pretty long time.
Can't beat double rabbit ear's!!

How old are you?

I'm 33, my back is 55.

One knot usually lasts an innings for me and has done since I've been 8

I have something similar to these on my running shoes. Makes it easier to slip on and off, but also ensures you get used to a set tension, plus for long distance runs it means that the shoe can expand to accommodate swelling feet.

I'm forever having to re tie my laces, I wish they'd bring out puma disc spikes
I used to love those trainers

The technology is there for self lacing shoes, Marty was doing it years ago.

I can arrange an apprenticeship with the Scouts if you like Canners? Knots are covered in great detail there

Did your Dad not teach you how to tie a double knot in your shoes before you go out to bat?
shame on him!
Canners follow alba's wise advice and go on that scout course!
