I don't think so.

Hmm... As I understand it (I maybe wrong) but that Newbery and the current Newbery are 2 different companies - however, they have shared common batmakers.

It's possible that this was made by the current batmaker, but it might have been made by someone else as well. I think Andrew Kember worked at Newbery but now runs Salix.

Yep, think it's the old Newbery company with those graphics. Possibly made by John Newbery.

Did Keeley and Kember work under John at this version of Newbery?

Yes, current variation of Newbery (John Newbery Ltd) was from 1989 onwards. Both Kember and Keeley worked for the original Newbery Bats Ltd. They also both worked for Grays.

Also didn't Julian Millichamp also work with John Newbery alongside Andrew Kember and Tim Keeley?

Correct, JM didnt work for GN and was just an apprentice of JN.

John Gasson (GN) also used to do work on the side for Newbery. Nick Keeley is another GN guy.

This is what I've heard, read and been told (and there are conflicting stories!). It's all a bit incestuous, so excuse me if any is incorrect.

I think a good batmaking tree would be interesting as many of us are always curious about the history.

Bear with my memory but I do remember seeing something similar on CricketInsight a while back.
