How do you measure wicket keeping gloves for size when buying online? What's the best way to advise someone whether they need boys or youths or mens, if they are not able to try them on for size?
-
whatever there last pair was?
when i was a junior i allways went and tried them on :)
usuall went to Raje sport's and had all the asian brands..
now im an adult normal mens fit me so i just buy normal mens lol

Maybe for an average 11 year old, that hasn't had any keeping gear before and can't get to a shop?
-
Pretty hard I would guess mate
Your only option I would think is to get someone to try them on and get theor measurements. Let people know what thet fit like and they can work from there.

Probably best to give a measurement from the tip of the middlefinger to the base of the palm?

11 youths

11 youths
Do you think so? I would have said Boys, then Youths from 12-14yrs ... difficult one

Always better in my opinion to have keeper gloves too big rather than too small

Never never never buy WK gloves without trying them on! they've got to feel right, you've got to feel the ball right! You cant do that online.
Each manufacturer has different patterns, unless you are buying the same make as you've had before you cant guarantee a good comfortable fit
