Title: Custom Made SS Gold (New Shape)
Post by: Uzi Sports on June 02, 2009, 01:56:32 PM: We have just received few SS Gold Bats in new Shape. These are especially made for us. We are the approved Suppliers of SS bats in UK. The willow was selected by us before the bats were made.
All Bats are 2.8/2.9.
2 bats are already sold.
These are not on our web site.

The weight I quoted is with the grip, Pick up wise they feel like 2.7

Top Quality willow is always light, The price is around £200 for one of these. If anyone is interested, Plz email me.
I have been told by the SS owner that they only supply the SS bats to only 3 companies in UK. Rest of the people are buying from the local market in India nad importing them. It was quite a shock for me that so many people are selling SS bats in UK and yet they are not buying directly from the SS Factory.

You are correct, but my understanding is that what they supply to local market is completely different in quality to what they export.
