Title: GN Nitro Pro Performance 2008?

Has anyone used these pads?
im looking at getting a pair and would be looking for a review

Yeah used them last year. Were nice and light and not bulky at all; very easy to run in. Mine began to rip at the end of the season though, but only because I gave them a bit of a battering! Also,  the protection isn't comparable to those with canes, but is still impressive for the weight.

To what extent is the protection lacking? What speeds do you bat against?
