Just wondering how long does a newbery bat with hammer edge treatment need to be knocked in for before use?
-
twenty-thirty mins on the toe I did mine for.
No problems at all thereafter.

I'm going over the edges on my B52 as they're still quite square, as well as dong a bit on the toe as alvaro has suggested

I always roll my edges on all my bats on the bath tub

does it depend what type of bath you have? Cast iron, enamel etc or will a pain old acrylic one be ok?
;)
