Looks good though
-
Looks very Newbery
-
It's very similar to my Newbery B52
That weighs 2.12 though, not sure how you'd get that shape at 2.7 though. Use balsa maybe ;)
-
first thought was a little tour with a slight spine but has more of a bow i think
i would have thought that bat is around that weight maybe even lighter i suspect i have a mids bigger than this bat at around 2lb 6oz.
it is a thing of beauty
-
Reminds me of a Krakatoa someone's got at my club, does look a newbery low ish middle shape
-
A smaller version of Sachins bats?

it kind of funny the bow and the spine curve together i have seen one somewhere it is almost like a flat back
-
One of my old bats was like this I think, I will get it out tomorrow and have a look
-

where getting there nick a favoured shape i see of yours.
-
My adidas libro looks identical to that profile :)
-
ok best way of descriping it is the edge is the similar size to the spine and it is like a tour but with a spine
the spine goes to the toe

big edges, who wouldn't? The Ayrtek is was around 2'6.5 and 40mm edges but very little spine. You seem to be describing a Tendulkar profile with minimal concaving. Doesn't your lighter MSR look similar?
-
yes it does i guess very similar but still not the same.
-
here are 2 examples...that might be similar

When I first saw the picture the first bat that came to my head was the original Gunn and Moore Hero shape.

agree, a team mate had a Hero and it is very similar.
-
Just don't think the original Hero had big edges.
-
It's like the old style BAS Vampire Blaster.

Like this one or very similar to his one. I absolutely loved my Bas King Hitter till I decided to sell it on ebay for next to nothing because I thought it was too small for the weight
