Title: SF Stanford In Stock
Post by: Vitas Cricket on January 02, 2013, 07:29:22 PM
Hi guys, we recently took delivery of a small amount of SF gear, just to test the waters locally and see if it is likely to be a popular seller. I've always been a fan of the brand, especially the soft gear which is really top drawer. The bats have very nice profiles and did well at the recent Cricket Insight gear test.

Anyway, here are a couple of the Grade 3 offerings for £145 each, the red one weighs 2'11 and the blue one 2'9. They look fantastic for Grade 3 if you ask me.

Beautifully finished and much more palatable image wise if you are looking for an Asian bat but can't get to grips with the new 'TON' graphics from SS.

Anyway, expecting these to sell very well, so just wanted to give you guys a chance to see what we've got to offer before they're gone. If they sell well, we plan to make a larger order before the Summer.

Jake

Yes they have a nice pickup, you certainly wouldn't know you were holding a 2'11 bat unless i told you!

You'd hope they'd pick up well with all that concaving!
Nice bats though. Look a lot better than a lot of the GNs about at a similar price point.

Maybe the pictures don't do them justice, but they are far from the most concaved bats in the shop. Some of the Slazenger and SS bats we have are much more concaved than this.

I agree though, SS aside, not many brands are able to compete at this price point, consistently anyway, theres always the odd bargain that we dig out of the boxes of driftwood at kookaburra,
