Always interested in grading and what grade or model people perceive bats to be, so guess away for this old GM.
I was fairly surprised when the owner told me.

Apologies for the crap pictures, a camera is near the top of my to buy list but I blew all my savings on some new Twin tips since it's super snowy here.

808 or 707 apex?

I'd say 606 due to the bottom left of the bat.

I'm gonna go 505 as GM do produce some lovely looking lower end bats at times.

I'll try And get a clearer picture in the 15 mins of passable daylight we get tomorrow.

404 from the Sports Direct sale last year?

303.

GM maestro.... You said 'old'

It was a 404, so full marks to Alvero.
Fairly nice looking grains for such a low model but their not very prominent on the RHS of the blade (due to the bleaching)

Looks a nice bat, but how does it go? Looks can be deceiving!

Ok, exceptionally well for a 25 quid bat, nothing that'd blow anyone away but could easily be mistaken for an 808 or 909 on performance.

Aye but very few GM's that I've used have been planky. For whatever reason with GM you can get a lot of low grade stunners if you go into the shop and pick it yourself!

So Alvaro wins the bat? :(
No worries, he owes me a bat! So thank you for your generosity Alvaro, I know you're a wonderful lad :D 8)
