Debating as to which to buy for the new season, looking at the Kook Silvers and the Puma Pulse 6000, anyone got experience with either? Or other recommendations? Thanks
-
The keeper at my club has got these Bradbury Players WK

I'm an occasional keeper and these are by far the comfiest I've ever tried on.

I have the kook silvers they're a great glove mate!
-
I went this week and tried everything om
Came away with GM originals
Preferred them even to the original LEs
I think all top of range or thereabouts WK are all as good as each other its just a case of trying on amd seeing which feels best for you which is always personal and may not have a reason behind it bit just the feel
-
My last 3 pairs of gloves i have bought have all been top of the range County's (see below) - they haven't let me down at all and are really comfortable and supple.
But like has been said, a lot of the top of the range gloves are the same quality, it is just what you prefer when you try them on.

Even thought the 2013 GN legend gloves were out I still went for the 2012 legends just I didn't like the 2013 and would just ecoe what everyone else has said defiantly go and try them before purchasing them. I'd say defiantly all gloves come up different size, some brand small men's came be the same as some brands men's size
-
What didn't you like about the 2013 Legends?
-
Just thought the 2012 felt better, and didn't really like the design of the 2013 one. Was not a big fan of the rounded cuff design liked the much squarer cuff on the 2012 model. And was not to sure about the new palms
-
Yea I was a bit disappointed with the rounded cuffs and they jury is still out on the palms. Think I might just stick with my gear from last year to be honest.
-
Yer I didn't really want to spent, however much money in them just to fine I didn't like the palms. But obviously if someone's giving them away I'll certainly try a pair though :D

Found the Kook Silvers for £50 posted, are they worth it?

They Are worth that however look on eBay first as I got my pair for a lot cheaper then that brand new!
-
Good price, only negative I have heard on them is lack of padding in the palms but if you like to feel the ball could be a good call

Yeah well I use 2 pairs of inners anyway at the moment, so I'm not too worried about that.

I have Geoff Wymer Customs, a top quality glove at a bargain price of £65.
They are a perfect fit and have had no injuries with a year of them, due to the tight fit.
Only down side of them is they are hard to take off quickly for a throw at the stumps.
I can PM you his number if you want them, he doesn't have internet. There are plenty thread on here about him.

I too have some wymers, excellent gloves. I also have a few pairs of old gloves that are so supple and worn that I'm not going to have to buy a new pair of gloves.
Might be worth checking out ebay as there is a quality pair of James Fosters old Warsop gloves for a mere £25
