Title: Domestic cricket in the carribean

Watched a bit of the t20 yesterday on espn and it got me thinking. In domestic t20 in the carribean i'm sure its not enforced but do players tend to play for the island they are from? Do you get many players playing for other islands?

Well, the islands are sovereign nations so it's not common, unless you count CCC.

Given that they are nations in their own right i got the sense there would be quite a bit of pride attached to playing for each country but wondered if it was possible - the more i think about it with them being countries i guess it isnt without dual nationality

There is definitely pride attached to it. The Caribbean nations are about the equivalent of the English counties in terms of skill/talent. The island domestic top level is about English Prem level. If you are Jamaican I don't think you are able to play for Barbados, for example.
