Title: Pre-Season Training

Has anyone else started? Mine officially started today with a 8K run. Bit aching now, but good to go for a run outside now the snow is melting away.

Im gonna try and do a couple of runs a week, going up to 10K a run by a couple of weeks. Then just improving time. The other run will be around 5K, with some sprints thrown in.

Im also doing 6 a side football twice a week, and one or 2 games of squash.

Weight/muscle building a couple lf times a week too, steadily building up to 4 times a week by April.

Oh and nets on a Sunday too. See if I can hit a ball... ;)
