Has anyone else seen the new salix website, got to be one of the best website around just for easy of use and the great design.
What are people's thoughts on the bigger brands websites as for me a good website can really add a lot to a company's overall image.
Hope this was the right place to post this. :D

Just had a look at the salix website and it is very good, really well presented and good descriptions/pics of all their kit.
Their 2013 kit does look really good, softs especially.
-
finishing on all their products really is top notch, tempted to look at a Salix bat for the coming season
-
Yer mate me to, only thing is I like all my kit to match and have just bought all new Gray Nicolls legend softs. But that plan might just have to be throw out of the window just to get a new salix
-
I think the Gray-Nicolls one leaves a lot to be desired.
It's unfinished and out of date in places. In contrast, I think the GM one is much slicker.
Kookaburra and Slaz, the less said the better really.
-
Salix website is pretty good. Very slick. Possibly best cricket brand website? I really like SAF site too, looks awesome.
-
I've got a salix and would really recommend them!
-
Salix website is one of the best, from what I have seen. Like someone said earlier, it is well represented and products are easy to find.
-
Not one cricket company has a great website. Salix is very informative though and is better than most. GM's is pretty good too.

Very nice website, I don't think it's great though - it's a bit busy for me, overkill. There are also quite a few issues with it which I found whilst having a look today
-
It's quite annoying that puma don't have an actual website, also adidas only have a website (to my knowledge) which advertises their indian ST ranges.
-
I wonder how much traffic bigger brands get through website (or would if they had websites), compared to just from big stores.
It must be a lot different for smaller brands...
-
I agree about the Salix website. I also really like the H4L one. Not massively impressed by those of the major brands, and not just because we're not listed in the stockists sections yet!
-
I like the Woodstock website as well, quite a fresh simple layout and easy to find anything I wanted to look for

I can only assume they're spending more time on their website than they are making bats then!

They've got some new bats - saw them at the expo, a silver and a purple one I think it was - prices weren't bad on the day.
-
Salix website is the best IMO
I also like M&H's

I was actually hinting at, new bats or not, they're probably not doing as much of the handcrafting on them as they claim...

Of course... I think a few people at the expo had a few questions for them...

The Salix website is definitely nicely designed. I do wish the content was better. Since I can't get to a shop to pickup a bat, I rely on good pictures (profile and toe up) and descriptions (mid or low middle, concaving or not) to get some idea on pickup for the weight. Unfortunately their website does neither of those very well and I don't get a sense of the difference between each bat...
