Title: Wool Sweaters
Post by: johnnyw on January 30, 2013, 10:50:15 AM: Just found a place that makes pure wool long sleeved sweaters and i am wondering what do people think a good price for them. I am just about to order one. Is £50 a fair price for one seeing that it will probably outlast my career?

Most of the ones I've seen have varied from £45 - £75

Ha! Brilliant. Mine just shrank my favourite golf sweater. I went nuts, then she cooked up a belting curry and all was forgiven...

Post by: BIG.G on February 20, 2013, 11:11:44 PM: We had some made to mark the centenary of our club a few years back. Had a short sleeve and a long sleeve that the good lady washed after 1 games use. They had shrunk so much i ended up donating them to one of the kids in the U13 :(
